CDL CLASS B DRIVERS
Best Way Disposal is currently seeking highly motivated
drivers to service our growing customer base.
Requirements:
- Minimum Class B CDL license and waste industry
experience preferred.
- Applicants must have a High School Diploma/GED
- Applicants must be 21 years old (Insurance Reasons)
- Applicants must lift at least 75lbs
- Applicant must handle extreme weather conditions

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Drives heavy diesel truck along residential routes and to
disposal area(s).
- Climbs into and out of truck at customer locations and
disposal area(s).
- Lifts and carries residential waste to truck and deposits
into compactor.
- Operates hand hydraulic controls to cycle compactor
and dispose of collected material at the designated
facility.
- Courteously interacts with customers, dispatchers, and
supervisors.
- Reads route sheet, understands addresses, follows
map and services each customer as identified on the
route sheet or as assigned by dispatcher and/or
supervisors.
- Maintains assigned equipment, identifies mechanical
issues, and reports in the daily inspection logs. Makes
sure the equipment is kept clean and ready for the next
day.
