Pointe-Claire Provincial Invitational P1/P2
December 13-16th, 2012
Meet Information: The Legends first team travel meet of the year will be the PointeClaire Provincial Invitational P1/P2. The meet is based off of Quebec’s P1 and P2 time
standards and is available to swimmers aged 11&over on December 13th. Female
swimmers 11-14 years old and male swimmers 11-15 years old must qualify in both a
freestyle and individual medley event while female swimmers 15&over and male
swimmers 16&over can qualify in any individual events. We will fly into Montreal on
Wednesday, train Wednesday afternoon. Races take place with timed finals Thursday
afternoon and heats/finals Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Monday return to St John’s.

There are two meets during the competition one for swimmers with P1 times and one for
swimmers with P2 times. We want as many swimmers as possible to qualify as P2 for
the higher level meet. Swimmers listed above have at least P1 times.

Meet costs are for first 30 seats on
the plane and first 50 seats on the
bus. Swimmers who sign up later
may have higher costs.
Swimmers will need $75 for eating out.

Swimmers and parents who want to travel on their own, please contact the office for
your meet costs. Swimmers who book their own flights please let us know as well.
A deposit of $600 is due by Monday, November 12th for swimmers wishing to
travel with the team. Swimmers traveling on their own must notify the office by
Monday, November 12th. If you have any questions, please contact the office 8643802 or [email protected].
