4) Change Run time, Start mass,
End Mass, Scan time=1000
3b) Connect longer red peek tubing at
rheodyne to solvent pump. Click TURN ON to
run solvent
5) Click PLAY
Choose User, Sample Group, Data filename, SSI Pump checked
6) Check Stable Solvent Flow
7) Wipe flat Syringe Outside/ Clean Inside
8) Put 10-20uL diluted Sample
In LOAD
Turn to INJECT to see in MS
9) Verify TIC peak  Click Data Express 

10) STOP  Standby  Clean Syringe
& “Load Port”
