Coaching Scheme Minimum Criteria Eligibility
In order to be considered for eligibility of the Lambeth Tennis Network
and for a licence agreement to be issued please make sure that
Section 2 is fully completed
Any information submitted with this LTN licence application will be
retained by Lambeth Council
All documentation must be valid and current (i.e. valid within three years
of attainment)

Part 2
Qualification requirements
LTN Licenced Coaches
To register as an LTN Licenced Coach you must currently hold as a
minimum the LTA level 3 (DCA) Licenced Coach qualification or
equivalent.

This will ensure that you have a current DBS, first aid certificate, child
protection awareness training and valid insurance.
I wish to register as an LTN Licenced coach and I can provide copies of the
following:

Copies of the relevant qualifications in accordance with the LTA
Coach education structure (or equivalent)

A valid DBS check

Evidence of valid first aid and child protection training

Current insurance certificate.
Please note that if you cannot provide this evidence then you will need to obtain
an LTA level 3 or equivalent as minimum criteria to becoming an LTN Licenced
Coach.
LTN Assistant Coaches
You will be required to show evidence that your assistant/s are
qualified in accordance with the LTA coach education structure

All registered LTN Licenced Assistant Coaches must as a minimum be
LTA registered and hold a Level 1 or 2 Assistant Coach qualification.

This will ensure that Assistant Coaches have a valid DBS, first aAid and
insurance certificate.

Lambeth Tennis Network coaching classification

Lambeth Tennis Network programme coach





As a coach you are predominantly interested in coaching
LTA developmental programmes
You may be eligible for exemption of court charges for the
delivery of these programmes
You will be charged a licensing fee of £400.00 per annum
You will pay the general adult court rate
You will agree to participate in the LTN voluntary
programme (on average up to (2hrs per week)
I wish to register as a Lambeth Tennis Network programme coach.

Option B
Lambeth Tennis Network non programme coach





As a coach you are predominantly interested in private coaching
Under LTN Licence agreements you will commit to
attending Lambeth Tennis Network Forums and supporting
tennis initiatives in the borough
You will be charged a licensing fee of £100.00 per annum
You will pay a non programme commercial court hire rate. Currently
£10.00 per court per hour (subject to review).
You agree to voluntarily participate in collective LTN
showcase events and Lambeth Tennis development

initiatives throughout the year.
I wish to register as a Lambeth Tennis Network non programme
coach.
