How It Works
First Visit
Before your child begins attending group sessions
the parent is invited to an initial session to discuss
any relevant medical, social, academic, or relational
history, in addition to any current concerns you may
have. At this meeting you will also work together to
develop treatment goals specific to your child’s
needs.
Group Sessions
Depending on the type of presenting goals and
ages involved, we offer groups that both follow a
structured curriculum or offer a more free-flowing
flexible process. Group sessions include various
learning modalities to accommodate all styles of
learning. Parent meetings are encouraged and can
be set up to discuss any questions or concerns
throughout the process.
