Early Life
MJ’s sophomore year he tried out for
basketball and got cut from the varsity
team believe or not!
 July 23, 1993 his dad died in a robbery and
was shot to death in his sleep at age
56.
 This dramatic event changed
MJ’s life. He decided to start
playing baseball instead of
basketball after it all went down.

Career
MJ played,
1. Basketball-was his best sport.
2. Baseball-is what he played in between
basketball seasons.
3. Golf-is his for fun sport.
MJ won several awards and
championships.

Basketball- Chicago Bulls and Washington

 Baseball- Chicago White Sox


Mj’s first basketball team was the Bulls but
then he retired from basketball and played
baseball for the Chicago White Sox. After
his baseball career he wanted to play
basketball again, so he played for
Washington Wizards. Once he was positive
he was ready to retire he got into golf just
for fun.
Leadership

MJ lead his team to several victories.

MJ made it into the Hall of Fame.

MJ made the NBA much more popular
because people wanted to watch him play.

MJ encouraged his team and played to the
best of there ability every game.

As you can see MJ was very famous for
various reasons.

He had a great career and will always
be remembered.

Now he is married and has 3 kids, 2
boys and 1 girl.
