For major sponsorships ($10,000 and over),
a formal contract is entered into which
requires the sponsored entity to set specific
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and
sponsor benefits for their initiative in
agreement with Ernest Henry Mining
Community Relations.
A comprehensive report detailing the
outcomes achieved through the
sponsorship and demonstrating how the
sponsored entity has met all commitments
set out in the contract must be completed
and submitted to Ernest Henry Mining
Community Relations within three weeks
of completion of the sponsored initiative.
For sponsorships up to $10,000, a
sponsorship agreement is established
requiring the sponsored entity to set
specific KPIs and sponsor benefits for their
initiative in agreement with Ernest Henry
Mining Community Relations.
A report template will be provided, in
which the sponsored entity must detail
the outcomes achieved through the
sponsorship and demonstrate how
they have met all commitments set out
in the sponsorship agreement. This
report must be completed and
submitted to Ernest Henry Mining
Community Relations within three
