(2) Vision
1) In Korea, the citizens spend $20 billion dollars for
private English tutoring every year.
2) There are 70,000 Korean students in the USA spending
$3.7 billion per year.
3) As of 2016, there were 194,000 students from India in
the USA, a 31% increase in one year.
4) There are 900,000 Chinese students in the USA; they
spend $40 billion per year.

For this project, our vision is to:
5) Provide a local environment in Cambodia for
experiencing facilities that provide quality sports,
entertainment, and education.
6) Cambodians cannot go to the USA; therefore, we plan
to emulate American culture and life through immersion into
an American Town in Phnom Penh.
7) Provide handicapped education for special needs
students from throughout Cambodia.

5. Project Overview:
(1) Staffing
1)We will try to bring a minimum of 50-100 Americans to live in
Cambodia for this project
2)We will bring all ages, races and genders from the USA for
this project
3)American staff will fill all kinds of occupations [doctors,
pharmacists, security guards, restaurant chefs, school teachers,
fitness trainers, entertainers, etc.]

4) This will be a one year contract to move to Cambodia. Staff
visas will be discussed with the Cambodian Government

(2) The town will have a secure entrance and
visitors will be issued a one day visa.
1)This will give Cambodians who have never experienced traveling to
another country the ability to know what it is like to get a visa.
2)When they get a chance to go to another county, they will know the
process and be better prepared.
3)This is a fun way to educate Cambodian citizens that will also add
security and enhance the journey and overall experience that the customer
has in our town.

(3) The town will feature a simple, good sized
zoo.
1)There are no zoos in Phnom Penh.
2)We will create a zoo to educate people that come into our town about
different animals.
3)This zoo will contribute to the education of the children that visit.
4)We will bring in all kinds of different animals that the people of
Cambodia will enjoy.

(4) There will be a water park and a swimming pool.
1)Cambodia’s hot season lasts from March until June. Temperatures during
this time can climb to about 40 degrees C (104 degrees F).
2)Humidity makes this temperature seem even hotter.
3)We will provide a large pool and water park for swimming lessons and fun
for all involved.
4)Adults can relax next to the pool or swim. Kids can swim and have fun.

(5) The town will have a full sized American Restaurant.
1)Coffee shop and breakfast diner.
2)Will serve food for all three meals of the day. Will serve traditional American style
meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
3)Also has a nightclub.
- We would like to open up a nightclub for young people to relax and unwind at night.
This will be a nightclub nationally recognized for its grandeur and quality. It will be the
place to go for nightlife in Cambodia.
- We will make use of our amphitheatre (discussed later) to provide live music and
entertainment at night. We will bring an American DJ and entertainer to play music
here.

4)Will have a path inside for people to walk around and escape their busy
city lifestyle.

- People can rent clubs to hit golf balls. Lessons will be provided if requested.

(8) We will put 2-3 water wells in the
land for this project.
1)We will use water from the city, but our town will have
many facilities that will require lots of water. For example,
a pool, restaurant, garden, waterfall, etc.
2)Cambodia’s dry season lasts from November until April.
Drilling wells will ensure a large fresh water supply and a
lower water bill from the city.

(9) There will be an event hall for weddings
and birthday parties.
1)We will host birthday parties for kids as well as adults.
2)People can use all of our facilities for events such as company
gatherings and seminars as well.
3)We will give Cambodians an elegant setting to perform wedding
ceremonies. We will allow for whatever type of wedding they choose.
We will advertise the capability to accommodate Western style
weddings.
- In the future, most Cambodians will transition to Western style
weddings. Similar to how South Korea transitioned to Western Style
weddings.

(10) We will build a 20-50 room hotel.
1)This hotel will be high quality and have a view of the lake and access to all of
our facilities.
2)Will give tourists a secure and entertaining place to stay.
3)People living in Phnom Penh can stay in this hotel for a short period of time to
relax and get away from their busy city lifestyle.
4)Phnom Penh is the country's most visited city according to statistics reported by
the Cambodian Ministry of Tourism.

2,806,438 people visited the city during the year of 2016 (a 5% increase from last
year).

(11) We will construct bungalows for the
American Town.
1)People visiting will have the option to rent a bungalow for a short or
extended period of time.
2)Phnom Penh currently holds around 2 million people.
3)This gives people in Phnom Penh a place to have a weekend getaway. It
also gives tourists from abroad an excellent place to stay.
4)This allows access to the Phnom Penh city center without the hassle of
the busy traffic, pollution, and crowds.

(12) There will be a camp ground.
1)Will allow visitors the option to completely immerse themselves in the
beautiful natural environment the mountain has to offer.
2)This campground will allow people living in the city to experience what it is
like to camp in a tent in the wilderness, a rarity in the urban environment.
3)They can make campfires and barbeques and set up tents when they
purchase a camping pass.
4)We can set up 30 to 40 tents for visitors to rent.

camp program at American Village.

programs in American Village. Will be for
teenagers and adults.

1)This will make use of the vast amount of year round sunlight that the country has

2)Our use of solar energy will give us an opportunity to educate visitors about
renewable energy resources.

1)We will build a good and small medical clinic and bring hightechnology equipment from the United States

5)Most of the instructors, coaches and trainers will be from the United States
6)All instruction will be in English [this will give them an advantage in job seeking
because they will be bilingual in both English and Khmer]

1)Artificial rock climbing wall to entertain children and adults.

1)Provide programs to help and educate seniors. Will provide amenities and
services for their comfort and enjoyment.
2)We may bring some American seniors along with some other nationalities to
stay here for a short period of time.

(23) American Culture and English Camp Program
1)Main training center in Cambodia for English language and cultural instruction
2)All instructors will come from the United States
3)Offer substantial savings for parents who wish their students to master the
English language as well as cultural education without having to apply for visas and
pay travel expenses
4)Offer advanced TOEFL and SAT instruction from American teachers in the camp.
5)This Camp will be open to students from all Asian countries.

(24) We will bring a couple of antique cars from the
US to drive around the surrounding area.
1)The citizens of Cambodia can take pictures with the car. The car will be used
to draw people to the American Town.
2)People who have weddings in our town can use the cars if they choose.
3)We will create an antique automobile showroom to display the cars.
