The aim is to present the user with a simple interface that is easy to navigate and easy to find information. The site will be broken up into sections, represented by the top‐level (Primary) tabbed navigation. Each section will contain a number of sub‐sections represented by a second‐level (secondary) navigation level (in the instances below these are shown as another tabbed navigation layer although this may not be the final approach).
