End of day checklist
Make sure your office is shut down each
day and save on running costs.

Turn off electrical equipment at the switch and make sure
all the lights are out before you go home to save energy.
Before you leave at night:

Turn off copiers and printers
Turn off appliances at the power point, including microwaves, whiteboards and

Turn off heating and/or air conditioning
Close the blinds in winter to reduce heat loss at night
Turn off hot water boilers and water chillers
Turn off taps tightly to ensure they are not dripping
Check that refrigerator and freezer doors are closed properly
Turn off all lights and lamps
