Team Challenge Birmingham
2013 Pricing
Facilitation Fee
The Facilitation Fee for 2013 is £50 per person (minimum 12 participants). This allows BVSC
Team Challenge staff to source a project, carry out H&S and insurance checks, order tools and
materials, prepare instructions, attend the whole Challenge day and provide an impact report.
Tools and Materials
In addition to the facilitation fee, we also require a budget to purchase tools and materials for the
project. As a guide, we suggest a figure of approximately £15-£30 per volunteer.
Discounted rates
We receive excellent discounts from our high quality trade suppliers due to our registered charity
status and we also absorb the VAT on our orders. We pass these savings onto you, ensuring
value for money and providing the host organisation with the best possible finish.
Cost effective
It is important to us to make the projects as cost effective as possible and we are able to work
within any available budget. You will only be charged for the actual tools and materials
purchased/hired.
