• Repeat for each test

• Find 1MR
• Record Stanine score
across the row
• Repeat for all tests
Total and Plot
• Total up column at the
bottom in “Total Score”
row
• Plot Total Score on grid
• Put + in columns where
mark falls in White Area
• Circle top 3 of those
• These are where your
ability is high enough
right now
Put it Together
• Go back to COPS survey
• In Abilities row mark
those that you are high
in (top three or all
white)
Possible Jobs
• Which career clusters do you have an interest
in?
• Do your work values match?
• Do you have the ability at this point to be a
success in those clusters?
• Does it match what you thought?
• ID some jobs in the cluster you would like to
learn more about
