Enclosed please find the sponsorship information for the 26th Annual Taste of Texarkana, October 17, 2017 from 5-8 pm
at Four States Fair Grounds. This event attracts nearly 2,000 people to experience delectable cuisine from over 40 area
restaurants, specialty beer and wine and demonstrations from five executive chefs. Below are the sponsorship levels:
Presenting Sponsor - $5,000
Recognized as a sponsor on all internally generated publicity (internet, newsletter, and social media), in interviews,
newspaper and radio, and on the welcome banner seen by nearly 2,000 attendees. The Presenting Sponsor will have
their logo featured on our sponsor thank you display on our homepage for one year. Presenting Sponsors also have the
option of a 10x10 display booth at the Taste of Texarkana. Sponsorships confirmed by August 1, 2017 will also have
their logo printed on all event tickets. Receives 2 VIP tables.
Main Course Sponsor - $2,500
Recognized as a sponsor on all internally generated publicity (internet, newsletter, and social media), in interviews,
newspaper and radio, and on a welcome banner seen by nearly 2,000 attendees. Main Course Sponsors also have the
option of having a 10X10 frontage display booth at the Taste of Texarkana. Receives 1 VIP table.
Appetizer Sponsor - $1,000
Recognized as a sponsor on all internally generated publicity (internet, newsletter, and social media) and on a banner in
the welcome area seen by nearly 2,000 attendees. Appetizer Sponsors also have the option of having half of a 10X10
frontage display booth at the Taste of Texarkana. Receives 10 tickets to the event.
Dessert $500
Recognized as a sponsor on internally generated publicity (internet, newsletter, and social media) and on a banner in the
welcome area seen by nearly 2,000 attendees. Receives 4 tickets to the event.
VIP SPECIAL PARTNER- Special offers, products, and coupons donated for 150-200 VIP bags. $100 fee.
Your sponsorship of Taste of Texarkana provides the most basic need – food – to those that need it. In 2016, we
provided over 3.3 million pounds of food to over 60,000 individuals in our region. Over 700 school children went home
with a backpack of food each Friday to get them through the weekends. Thousands of seniors were able to get hot
meals and use their limited funds to purchase their medications. Thousands of unemployed and underemployed
families received help with their groceries so they could keep the heat on during the winter.
