Managing conflict WYJNL are dedicated to ensuring that everyone involved in the league has an enjoyable, positive and rewarding experience playing, watching and officiating junior netball games. There may be times when you need to manage certain situations and ask parents and spectators to refrain from making negative comments about players, teams or umpires. Your role as a Team Manager is to encourage parents to use constructive and helpful language which in turn should promote a positive and enjoyable experience for everyone. If unhelpful comments are made and the situation is not immediately resolved then the Team Manager and/or Umpires may ask the person(s) involved to leave the court side/viewing area and take no further part in watching the game. Rotating players and substitutions Clubs operate in different ways and will advise prior to the game in terms of rotations and substitutions.
