To stimulate the economic development of the area and the Moreni town
by developing the human potential and material resources in the area,
with the business structure as the central element of S.C. Moreni
Industrial Park S.A.

Specific Aim 1:
To modernize and enlarge the business structure of S.C. Moreni Industrial
Park S.A. consisting of 13 industrial plants within the business structure
To modernize and extend the road infrastructure and the basic utilities
within the business structure: water supply, pre-treatment plant, gas and
electricity supply, rainwater and wastewater sewerage system, cable
connection to the Internet
To construct a new building (access monitoring building and consumption
recording – entrance booth)
To remove a number of 2 cooling towers

Specific Aim 2: Increase the potential of development for different
economic activities in the area of the business centre that will work inside
the Park; thus the Park will become a point of interest for investors
Specific Aim 3: Increase the number of permanent jobs in the companies
that the Industrial Park hosts inside by 939 jobs, in 2 years after the
completion of the Project (from 870 jobs existing at the beginning of the
Project to 1,809 permanent jobs)
Specific Aim 4: Rising the employment in S.C. Moreni Industrial Park S.A.
from the existing 61.03% to 73.52% in 2 years after the completion of the
Project, as a result of the modernization and expansion of the business
structure
Specific Aim 5: Increase the total number of companies attracted to work
within S.C. Moreni Industrial Park S.A., in 2 years after the completion of
the Project

Aim in relation to the companies operating in the Park:
Micro companies: increase their amount by 9 companies (from the existing 12
small companies to 21, in 2 years after the completion of the Project)
Small companies: increase their amount by 8 (from the existing 9 small
companies to 17, in 2 years after the completion of the Project)
Medium-sized companies: increase their amount by 5 (from the existing 4
medium-sized companies to 9, in 2 years after the completion of the Project)
Big companies: increase their amount by 1 (from the existing 1 big company to
2, in 2 years after the completion of the Project)

The specific objectives to be achieved through the following work items

Modernize the buildings. Modernization of 13 industrial bays, with a total area of
(32,594 m²), as follows:
Object 2: Production bay no. 1 and social enclose (2,030 m²)
Object 3: Production bay no. 2 and social enclose (5,832 m²)
Object 5: Production bay, warehouses and social enclose (1,932 m²)
Object 6: Pumping station (108 m²)
Object 9: Production bay and social enclose (1,696 m²)
Object 13: Central warehouse (2,387 m²)
Object 15: Production bay and enclose (645 m²)
Object 17: Production bay (324 m²)
Object 19: Production bay and enclose (180 m²)
Object 20: Production bay and social enclose (650 m²)
Object 22: Former gas tank warehouse (288 m²)
Object 23: Production bay and enclose (2,580 m²)
Object 25: Production bay and social enclose (13,942 m²)
Object 7: Cooling towers of 250 cubic meters/h that will be demolished.

A new building to be constructed:
- An access monitoring and consumption recording building – entrance booth

Network modernization:
- Modernize and extend the car driving facilities inside the Park
- Modernize and extend the basic utilities: water and gas supply, wastewater and
rainwater sewerage, pre-treatment plant, electricity and telecommunications supply
networks
- Network and Internet connections

To be removed:
Object 7: Cooling tower – 250 m³/h – 2 pieces
