T-Ball, Softball, and Baseball
PLEASE TURN IN ONE REGISTRATION SHEET PER CHILD
Registration forms are due by 3/29/2017.
Registration forms and *fees can be dropped off or mailed to Josh Cokens(307 6th St. North,
Estelline SD 57234), or Zeb Gilbertson(702 Eva Ave. East, Estelline SD 57234). Forms and
*fees can also be dropped off at the Estelline School with Kristy McAninch. Please make
checks out to the Estelline American Legion, as they have volunteered to oversee the account
for this summers program.
*We are not confident we will have player numbers to field the Softball teams, or the Majors
Baseball (11-12) team this Summer. If your child wishes to play on one of these teams please turn
in a registration form so we can get a count of those interested, but please don’t turn in your fees at
this time.We will have coaches for these teams if we do have the player numbers. All baseball age
groups are open to both boys and girls. We will notify any interested parents shortly after the
registration deadline.
Parents ​must​ sign the permission statement on the back of this registration form​.
The fee includes a T-Shirt and Hat for each player, and covers other associated program costs.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE UNLESS THERE WILL NOT BE A TEAM.
