Instructions:
In pairs, ask the learners to try the following challenges:
Throwing and catching movement challenges

Throw the ball to partner (standing 3 strides away)
Can your partner catch a high shoulder pass
Can your partner catch a low throw
Can your partner clap 3 times before catching ball
Can your partner turn around and touch the ground before catching ball
Throwing over a cone, each successful catch, partner moves backwards
Tossing, throwing and rolling movement challenges

Toss a bean bag to partner (standing facing each other)
– different challenges within this high, low, straight etc
Toss a bean bag to partner (standing next to each other)
- different challenges within this high, low, straight etc
Rolling the ball to a target (their choice of ball) try and use all the balls available
