Guest Bus Pass (yellow card) – TOPS K-8
All students who wish to ride on a school bus as a guest of another student who is assigned to a
school bus, or students who need a different stop MUST receive permission from a parent/guardian
prior to the bus ride.
Please fill out the information below, sign the form and have your student return it to the Office
before school or during lunch to receive a Seattle School District Temporary Bus Card.
