TERMS AND CONDTITIONS
Lunch and dinner are served on buffet basis table if there is more than 30 guests. Otherwise, guests may
choose lunch or dinner based on menu survey.
Tourist tax is 1 Euro per person, and Insurance 0.2 Euros per person per day and they are not included in
the price
Children less than 7 years of age do not pay for accommodation, accompanied by two adults; aged 7 to
12 years pay 14 Euros for bed and breakfast service accompanied by two adults. Companion is obliged
to present the child's health card.
For guaranteed reservation, the customer is required to pay in advance 30% of total amount and the rest
before check in.
In case of no show, cancellation or shortening the stay of guests or groups, the hotel reserves the right to
charge in accordance with the policy of compensation.
Pets are allowed in accordance with the house rules and the rules of the hotel and required
announcements.

Possibility of payment with debit and credit cards, as well as the 3-month installment in case of stay of 4
nights or more
For stays of 4 nights or more, 10% discount is approved. People older than 60 years are entitled to 20%
discount for stays of 4 nights or longer. Discounts can not be added to other discounts.
Early booking: for bookings and 50% advance payment until April 27 th 2017, a total discount of 20% is
approved for the period of stay from June 25 th to September 10th 2017 for minimum 4 night stay or longer
in defined period..
The prices are made by parity 1 € = 123 RSD. If there is a change in exchange rate by more than 5%, the
hotel reserves the right to change prices. Advance payments are guaranteed.
