regarding the Trust’s zero tolerance approach to bullying, harassment, abuse and
violence.

Explore possibility of adding additional questions to staff surveys (NHS annual staff
survey and Trust quarterly have your say survey) around number of staff stating
they have experienced discrimination at work to find out more information about
this. Further analysis of areas and local action plans to be devised once more
information is known.
