Remote Access from Home
Description: These instructions are to allow users to connect via Citrix so that they can work from home.
If using VDI, please connect using the VDI client instead of using Citrix. If you have connected to Citrix
using your current desktop previously, then skip to Logging in to Citrix.
First Time - Install Citrix Client
1. Go to https://www.titleonecorp.com/dashboard and select Citrix
2. The first time you connect, you will be prompted to install the Citrix client.

Click the checkbox to agree with the license agreement
Click the green install button
If you see a security warning or other prompt, click Run
There may be a second warning, click Run again
When the installation is complete, you should get a confirmation message, click OK.
Trusted Sites – Windows 7, Internet Explorer
1. With the Citrix website open (https://citrix.titleonecorp.com), click the gear in the upper right
corner.
2. Select Internet Options
3. On the Security tab, select Trusted Sites and then click the Sites button.

4. Add https://citrix.titleonecorp.com to the site list

5. Click Close
Logging into Citrix
1. Go to https://citrix.titleonecorp.com
2. Enter your normal computer username and password
3. After you login you will see several apps available. You can open individual apps such as Outlook
and ResWare. To launch individual apps, simply double click on their icon. If prompted, select
Run or Open.

Alternatively, you can launch a full Citrix desktop. The full desktop is the equivalent of sitting at
a computer at work and being able to open whatever you need to including network drives (H,
G, and S). Click the Desktop tab and then click the Desktop icon. If prompted, select Run or
Open.
