Return Policy
Demand Products Inc., will accept the return of merchandise for exchange or credit only with advance written authorization. Returned materials will be
credited at the actual cost paid as determined by the proof of purchase, LESS ALL FREIGHT COSTS paid by Demand Products Inc. We do not accept
returns on chemicals or coatings and some electronics.
Returns must be made within 15 days of invoice and must be in new, re-stockable condition upon receipt. Materials returned must be shipped prepaid.
Discontinued items and custom orders cannot be returned. Returns subject to minimum 15% restocking fee.
Warranty
All of our products carry an unconditional 6 month guarantee. Demand Products must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of defective or damaged
merchandise or shortages. Any equipment or tools that are disassembled without prior written consent from Demand Products will have the warranty
voided. Defective products will either be replaced or repaired at no charge. Abused tools will be repaired and returned only if the customer consents
to charges. The maximum amount of Liability Demand Products Inc., shall have is the actual purchase price of products obtained through this catalog.
Proper Operation and Maintenance. Buyer must properly operate and maintain the product, including parts and accessories, in compliance with all
operation and maintenance instructions, in normal use, and in good condition and repair.
Authorization for modification. Buyer must obtain written authorization from Demand Products before making any modification of any product, part or
accessory.
Freight Policy
In case any SHORTAGE OR DAMAGE incurred during transportation is detected, notify the delivering transportation agent and Demand Products Inc.,
immediately. If Customer has paid the freight bills, Customer must file a claim immediately, within 5 calendar days from receipt of goods, or risk losing any
recovery. Our responsibility for delivery of goods ends when we have our signed Bill of Lading by our local transportation agent. Upon Customer request,
replacement shipment will be made subject to general terms and conditions as a new order.
Force Majeure
Demand Products, Inc shall not incur liability in the event that it is delayed in its performance of its obligations by force majeure.

The Cutlas MC2 encases mattresses with a strong
Polyester or Polyamide cover, giving a smooth, firm
finish that easily slides into a mattress case. Stockinet
also protects the fabric cover from abrasive damage

Our state-of-the-art contour abrasive wire cutters
combine versatility, accuracy and reliability to cut
a wide spectrum of rigid and flexible foams. Unlike
the Oscillating Blade Machine, this machine uses a
high-speed, continuous loop abrasive wire that can
profile almost all foams including tough FoamGlass.
Fixed bed or Conveyor tables can be chosen along
with numerous other time saving options to give you
the most advanced and productive machine of its
kind. Available option on select machines - manual
10-wire hot wire.
A vertical wire machine is available to handle all of
the same applications as our horizontal Fast Wire.
This machine only comes with a conveyor bed.
TWIN FASTWIRE
Contour Cutters:
The Wintech Twin Fastwire contour cutting
machine consists of a fixed cutting table with
twin gantries. Abrasive cutting wires move
horizontally along the cutting table. Within the
gantry, another system of linear bearings is
used to control the vertical movement of each
cutting wire.
The Fastwire Motor, a direct drive electric
motor, is mounted with the gantry assembly.
Vertical movement of the cutting wire and
the horizontal movement of the gantry are
controlled by stepper motors, mounted beneath
the cutting table as part of the gantry carriage.

Badger™ Foam Balers have been engineered specifically for the
unique challenges of foam. The passive spring-loaded dawg retention
system eliminates spring back and eliminates the need for an auxiliary
hydraulic system common with other foam balers. When foam fights
back it can send a shock through the hydraulic system, but our
dampened system cushions the hydraulics, which prevents leaks and
reduces maintenance costs.
Other companies modify cardboard and plastic balers to accommodate
foam and fiber, but we’ve learned that foam is a different beast
altogether. What works on cardboard or plastic just won’t handle foam
- from feed opening, to hydraulic systems, to material retention and
bale escapement. So we took a different approach and designed a
baler specifically made to tame the beast.
