Check In Easy App Instructions
Download the Check In Easy App from the App Store: iPad or iPhone.
Open the app and click custodian. Enter the unique ID you’ve been sent by Alumni
Relations and click the login button. Note, multiple people can enter the custodian ID
on their individual devices to check in guests.
Select your event from the list.
This screen will come up. When you’re ready to check in guests, click that button.
Click the box in the check-in column to check someone in.
To add a new guest (one not in the list), click the button in the top left corner.
This screen will come up. Fill in the first and last name, number of guests, and the
class year (custom field 1). Click on a box to start typing.
Scroll down to the bottom of this screen to check the person in by clicking on the
box next to “check in. ” Then press save.
At the end of the night, click the top circular button second from the right to sync
the database.
