Bought a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $200K in Hemet, CA.
I purchased a home due to a job transfer. Several people told me to use a local agent. I initially spoke to a few
agents but all I was to them was a commission check. I decided to use someone I knew and trusted...Jamie
Pearson and it was one of the best decisions I made. Jamie is patient and incredibly knowledgeable. He
answered my questions in detail, explained the contract and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire
transaction.

Sold a Single Family home in 2014 in Sherman Oaks, Sherman Oaks, CA .
This is a very belated review for a truly amazing real estate agent, Jamie Pearson. We bought and sold our house
in Sherman Oaks within the (unexpected) span of a year-and-a-half, and Jamie was with us through it all -- and a
consummate professional and advocate throughout! When we purchased our home in the Sherman Oaks hills, it
was a short sale, and we were living in NYC. The bank-owner (Union) and our East-Coast mortgage people
(Chase) were also being extremely difficult. Jamie was with us every step of the way and made the sale happen,
despite many many obstacles that, inevitably, arose at the eleventh hour (don't they always?). When we needed
to sell our house quickly (I got a job out of state), I did my due diligence (as any Type A attorney would!),
interviewing several other high-profile agents specializing in luxury homes in the Valley. We knew what the fair
market value of our home was, and most agents seemed eager to underprice our home in the interests of a quick
sale. Not Jamie. He proposed a plan. I was skeptical. It worked. We got 9 offers in less than a week, and,
ultimately, sold our home significantly above-ask. Jamie never doubted that this would happen. And his
confidence was both refreshing and comforting. Jamie is fabulous and great at what he does. Jamie also goes
above and beyond -- we have a sweet cat with a heart condition & didn't want to board him during the numerous
open houses. Jamie offered to let us drop our kitty off at his office, which down the road from our house, to hang
out during said open houses. How seriously awesome is that?

Sold a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $800K in Sherman Oaks, Sherman Oaks, CA.
Jamie is the best broker anyone can ask for. He sold my home 3 months from the listing date and was always
available to answer all questions and see that the process went smoothly. He respected my time and always
worked around my schedule. His open houses drew record numbers of brokers and buyers. The entire process
went smoothly and I couldn't have asked for a better broker. I would recommend him highly to anyone wanting to
sell or purchase a home. Jamie will always be there with you each step of the way. Note: I have known Jaime for
many years. He has ALWAYS been and still is a class act. I personally feel that when I work with anybody in
business, his expertise is at the top of the list. Also equally important to me is the class and quality of the person. I
am very pleased to say that Jamie Pearson is at the top of the list as a broker and as a class individual. As you
can tell I have high praise in both areas for Jaime. Note: Anyone who personally knows me well, knows that I
mean what I say and I say what I mean. Lastly, I have always known Jamie to be 100% of what I stated above
about him. Our commutation together has always been superb!

Bought a Condo home in 2015 for approximately $450K in Brentwood, Los Angeles, CA.
I highly recommend Jamie Pearson!!! Jamie helped me purchase a home in Los Angeles in early 2015, and
throughout that process he was extremely helpful, friendly and understanding. I had several very stressful, major
life changes taking place all while buying my new place. During the whole process Jamie was "my rock". At any
point in time, Jamie was available for me to ask him anything from the very minor "dumb" questions to the
complicated, technical questions. He was always honest with me, was able to explain things clearly, and help me
understand things, and advise me about my options in going forward. He didn't just tell me the good, but would tell
me the good and the bad that could happen. There were many times where it sounded like things weren't going to
move forward, and all was lost. Jamie was able to provide helpful information and perspective to help keep me
sane. In short, Jamie did a lot of "hand-holding" for me throughout this process, and for that I am entirely grateful.
He did all of this while in good spirits, with a great, happy attitude. Jamie and I were able to relieve stress and joke
about some frustrating things that occurred during escrow that might have gotten others angry and frustrated. For
example, a mortgage broker I was working with became unnecessarily indignant a couple of times with Jamie,
acting as though Jamie and I hadn't provided the mortgage company some important information. Yet, we had
clearly provided that information multiple times and their indignantly (yes, I just made that word up) was really just
them trying to cover up their mistake. We were able to happily and successfully move forward despite those and
other roadblocks. I seriously cannot thank Jamie enough for all that he did. I'm very happy in my new home, and
very happy for how much Jamie helped me in obtaining it!

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $475K in Van Nuys, Van Nuys, CA.
Jamie worked with us for at least 4 months while we were searching for the perfect home. When one fell through
at the last minute, he continued the search until he found a home that suited our needs even better. Throughout
this time he was always extremely professional and helpful. I have had occasion to contact him for advice since
this purchase and he has been very helpful even though he was not involved in the transaction I was dealing with
at the time.
If I ever need to search for another home, I will definitely choose to work with Jamie.

dealing with him in the buying and sales of 3 homes. Jamie is a skillful agent, dealing with first and foremost his
client, in his friendly and professional way. Location, Location..!! His local knowledge is tremendous. Quick
Response to questions and calming nerves. He keeps you informed with the offers; but handles the negation

Jamie is an amazing real estate agent. We met him about 20 years ago and have bought and sold a couple of
properties through him. He is completely hands on! When we call him, HE answers. We never had to go through
assistants. With both of our houses, he had multiple offers within a day of listing the properties, When we were
looking for new properties he never hesitated to drive us around to see what was out there. He always had recent
comps on hand. We would describe what we wanted and that is what he showed us. He made the entire process
very easy. We have referred him to friends and they had the same wonderful experience that we did. He has
been buying and selling properties for all long time and really know his stuff. Jamie is OUR agent and we would
not even consider working with anyone else!

been through additional purchases as well as several sales of both buildings and a home. I've not only watched

Bought a Condo home in 2012 in Valley Village, North Hollywood, CA.
During a real estate sale, there are so many questions that come up. Not only did Jamie Pearson answer all my
questions thoroughly, he took the time to make sure that I understood the whys and how’s. He was incredibly
patient and turned what can be an incredibly stressful process into a very pleasant experience. It is a huge relief
to work with someone who has your best interest at heart and is not just treating you like another commission
check. If you are looking for an honest agent who will do his best to make sure you are satisfied, then give him a
call. You will be happy you did.
