ichmond Hill, Ontario’s Danielle Larice used to think she had to choose between
family and career. She chose family, and felt indescribably lucky to have such a loving
husband and wonderful children. But she missed her professional life. That led to Arbonne,
which led to a lightning-quick promotion to RVP in one year, which today has Danielle aiming
for NVP!
Before Arbonne came into my life, I was a wife and stay-at-home mom to my three beautiful children. My previous career was in advertising
and I had been out of the industry for 10 years. My dream before I got married was to work as a designer for the city’s largest advertising firm.
I never realized when you work for someone else, you’re building their dreams, not fulfilling your own. I was torn — happy I was able to stay
home and raise my children but sad that I had to give up my career. I know many moms feel the same.
When my husband and I got married, he started his own company and invested lots of hours in it. He became the primary income earner and I
took care of our children. I felt blessed to have such a wonderful family. We bought our house and I enjoyed decorating every room and wall,
creating our dream home in the process. My husband’s business is very successful, but some companies were hit hard during the economic
downturn. I saw people being laid off. I had to consider the possibility that his business could be affected as well. ‘ What if’ came into my life.
What if I needed to get a job? My promise to my husband was to always be his Plan B, so I needed a Plan B income. Arbonne came into my life
at just the right time.

My upline ENVP Maggie Easton and NVP Lori Andrews said to me that with
Arbonne you own your business but you are not on your own. They advised me to
‘picture myself at the top.’ I could not have imagined it then, but someone
believed in me when I thought I had no dream of my own. I leapt in and earned
my Mercedes in one year. I overcame being a shy person and someone who could
not speak to groups. I just shared my passion and excitement for this opportunity
with everyone who would listen and my team and I were promoted in record time.
This business allowed me to earn my Plan B income on my own terms. I have the
flexibility to work around my family needs, because they will always come first
with me. I was shy about writing my EOA when I was promoted, as I did not want

to share my vulnerabilities with everyone. However, I am writing it now to inspire
others that anyone can do this. All you need is the will and want to succeed. I now
can see myself earning a Plan A income with Arbonne and going ENVP!
Every choice in your life determines what your future will look like. Think ‘I can’
before you think ‘I can’t.’ Instead of asking yourself “What if it doesn’t work?” ask
yourself, “What if it does?” You only get one life. Make the most of it and don’t let
your best dreams happen in your sleep. Live them. Embrace this opportunity.
I am able to touch so many lives with my Arbonne business and I have made many
good friends along the way.

our lives and the lives of others.

who share their skills. I have grown personally to become the mother I am today,
and professionally as a team leader. That is what makes this opportunity amazing
