The Twelve C*s of Leadership

The Twelve C’s of Leadership
By: Richard George, NOI Coach
As a former property manager, the habits I learned and processes to which I became addicted
have enabled me to thrive. I am addicted to reading, I am addicted to pursuing knowledge and I
am addicted to making difficult situations simple. Leadership can be difficult and I continue to
strive for its simplicity. Throughout my years of leadership I have diligently tried to isolate the
characteristics of good leaders. Many business books and ideological philosophies gave great
insight to my quest, yet the real test was practicality and simple implementation.
I created my C-list of the leadership characteristics to which I have become addicted. Each of
these characteristics are derived and learned from my property management experiences and
each is both practical and simple.
