Supervision Record Form
All ABA Professional Members are required to log Supervision (Peer Review and Support) hours each year.
This is a requirement of professional membership renewal, ensuring that each Practitioner continues
to reflect, grow and seek feedback on their practice. The ABA requires members to undertake one
Supervision session for every 25 client sessions or one PSR session every 3 months, whichever is the
lesser. Please complete and log hours after each session, ask your supervisor to sign or keep email
record of appointment set up over the internet.
Please keep this on record should the ABA executive ask for it.
Supervision may be undertaken as 1-1 sessions, or in a peer group session. See the Peer Support and Review
Policy for further information.
