Outcome Evaluation Results The re-arrest rate for 6 months after the program for those who completed the program was 17% compared to the baseline of 33.9%, and the rate for 12 months after the program was 22% compared to 44.3%. Cost Analysis Evaluation Results The average cost per individual who was in the program and graduated was $792.38.
