Fit for Two
Strong moms, healthy babies
Research shows that exercising during pregnancy is
effective in addressing particular body needs of the
mom-to-be. Fit for Two helps prepare you for one of
the biggest physical challenges in a woman’s life.
Fit for Two offers a variety of exercise options
specially geared to help you prepare for childbirth,
providing fun, social interaction and support for
participants. Fit for Two is open to all mothers-to-be
who are at least six-weeks pregnant.
Where?
Classes take place in the ETMC Olympic Center
located in the ETMC Rehabilitation Center.
Free parking is available in the covered parking
garage located behind the center.
Length of program
The program is ongoing with classes open to
participants on a continual basis.
Class offerings include:
• Water fitness
• Floor aerobics
• Yoga
Cost
The program fee is $50 per person per month or
open to current ETMC Olympic Center members.
How to enroll
• Present a completed prenatal physician release
form to a fitness team member at the second
floor fitness center.
• Complete the program registration form and pay
your first month’s dues if you are not an ETMC
Olympic Center member.
• Participants will be contacted by program
coordinator to schedule initial consultation.*
*Program participants must complete an initial consultation
with our program coordinator consisting of a brief consultation
and resting heart rate and blood pressure assessment.

GENTLE YOGA
Reverse the biological clock through the original mind/body practice of Hatha Yoga. This class is a gentle practice
geared toward the mature practitioner and those with specific limitations. Participants will learn the ancient art
and science of yoga and begin to feel better, sleep better and increase their energy levels.
RIPPLES
Ripples is a fun, full body aquatic workout performed at a slower pace – perfect for the beginner to intermediate
level participant. The class uses resistance equipment to improve strength and endurance.
WATER WORKS
Water Works is a complete non-impact aquatic workout that combines a variety of exercise techniques such as
kickboxing, circuit training and deep water running. Different levels of resistance equipment are also used.
This class is for the intermediate to advanced student.
POWER WAVES
Power Waves is a high-level aquatic fitness program for the more advanced student. The program combines
shallow and deep water exercise activities along with resistance equipment.
CHAIR YOGA
Improve posture, joint stability and balance while minimizing pain and stiffness with this gentle form of yoga.
Participants of Chair Yoga will be able to practice yoga poses and stretches seated in a chair or while using the
chair for support.
FIT FOR TWO FITNESS
Participants will participate in a structured cardiovascular and strength training
session under the guidance of our certified prenatal exercise specialist
utilizing a variety of fitness equipment.
