“WIN A BROWN BROTHERS PACK” COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS By entering the “Win A Brown Brothers Pack” Competition, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

2.1 Subject to clause 2.2, entry is open to all people currently residing in Australia during the (“Competition Period”).

2.2 Immediate families of Kerby Brown, Cortney Brown and the associated companies are not eligible to enter. 3. HOW TO ENTER

3.1 The competition commences on Tuesday 01 October 2013 at 6.00am (WST) and concludes on Friday 15 November 2013 at 12.00pm (WST) inclusive (“Competition Period”). A winner will be randomly selected on Friday 15 November 2013 and notified within 24 hours. .
3.2 In order to enter, entrants must complete the following steps on Instagram and / or Facebook during the (“Competition Period”). (i) Instagram 1. Follow @kerby_brown & @cortneycbrown 2. 4.1 There will be one randomly selected winner will receive the following prize pool:

1 x Custom Simon Anderson Surfboard. Winner to place the custom order with On Board Agencies (NSW) upon being selected.

1 x Custom 100x66cm Canvas Photograph. Winner to select a photograph taken by The Brown Brothers within the last 5 years upon being selected. •
1 x Otis Eyewear Sunglasses, style “Last Night” •
Volcom clothing pack containing 2 x T-­‐shirts (size large), 1 x Boardshort (size 32), 1 x Short (size 32) and 1 x Tank shirt (size large).

4.2 The total prize pool is valued at AU$3,011.78 inclusive of GST. .
4.3 Entrants may enter more than once and can enter via Instagram or Facebook or both. .
4.4 Entrants may vote for Kerby Brown in the Intense Surf Challenge via www.intensesurfchallenge.com with email address(es) once per month for both the October and November voting periods.

4.5 Once the winner is selected they will be required to show proof of voting for Kerby in the Intense Surf Challenge by way of a photograph / screen shot of their vote having been received by the website www.intensesurfchallenge.com for Kerby Brown for either the month of October or November. .
4.6 The winner will be contacted via Facebook or Instagram on the 15th of November 2013 to arrange custom orders and subsequent transfer of the prizes.
5. HOW TO WIN
5.1 The winner must complete all three steps outlined in section 3.2 (i) and / or 3.2 (ii) in order to win. 6. NO LIABILITY

6.1 In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the Competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the Competition and recommence it from the start on the same conditions. .
6.2 Kerby Brown, Cortney Brown and their associated agencies and companies will take no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit, or late, lost or misdirected mail. .
6.3 Kerby Brown, Cortney Brown and their associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss (including but not limited to consequential loss) or claim that may occur: .
a) during entry; .
