There are several important things to remember when shipping goods to Brazil.

The Commercial Invoice must be originally signed by the supplier.

Every
shipment must be accompanied by a fully completed Commercial Invoice (Fatura Commercial). This includes information on the contracted goods, quantities, unit prices, amounts, trading terms, forms of payment and other details pertaining to the safe transport of goods to the importer’s country. It must be declared in US$.

Shipments must also be accompanied by a Air Waybill (Conhecimento Aéreo Internacional).

l Please note that a TAX ID number is mandatory for any shipments travelling to Brazil. This must be clearly shown on the HAWB and invoice. Any shipments received without a valid TAX ID number will be returned without prior notice. Return costs will be applicable at our standard import rates. The format for a TAX ID number is as follows:
