IB RESULTS 2011
Bromsgrove School’s first ever IB results became known this week.
The world average score for IB is 29.55 points and Bromsgrove pupils averaged 32 with one
pupil achieving the perfect score of 45 points.
The Headmaster said: “Some pupils have performed superbly well, but overall, the results as
they stand are more erratic than we would like since we benchmark ourselves against Britain
and the world’s top schools, not global or national averages. So while there is much to celebrate,
we are currently having some anomalies and surprises investigated.”
