Now in year 18, The Women’s Image Awards have simplified SWAG. To include your items in our
VIP gift bags please complete & email this form to join our event and place your order. WIN
retains the right to refuse swag donations.
Note – Please ensure gift bag items are delivered by February 15, 2016 (2 days BEFORE) the
WIN Awards ceremony by 12:00 noon to assure proper handling and inclusion in the bags.
WIN creates 200 VIP gift bags. You send us 200 of each item which we insert in the bags. All
additional delivery and other relevant details will be emailed after you place your order –
The WIN VIP Gift bag will be placed at VIP guest seats.
We also present extra special VIP bags to our presenters, performers, honorees and special
guests.
The WIN Awards ceremony patrons are illustrious entertainment industry artists, executives,
writers, musicians, producers, directors, actors, agents, and all those who share our goal to
promote dimensional female media images.
