Dear Parents,
All of us at Assumption wish you a wonderful, relaxing summer. The year
flew by so fast – I don’t know where it went. Enjoy and relax and pamper
yourselves a little.
I want to thank Mrs. Endres and all our parent volunteers for making Field
Day such fun for the kids.
Special thanks as well to Debbie DeAngelis and Sharon Romano, former
president and treasurer of the HSA, for all the years and endless hours of work
they’ve given to Assumption kids, parents, faculty and to me. Jean Jabbour is the
new HSA president, Suzanne Sweeney, the treasurer and Linda Riedell the
secretary. Looking forward to working with the new board.
Many, many thanks to Mrs. Zenker, grade two and Madame Fallaha, French
for all they have done for the Assumption students over the many years they have
taught here. Sadly, both of these fine teaches are retiring this year. We wish them
well and hope they enjoy this new “adventure”.
