2017 Albion Park Show
The President’s Welcome
Welcome to the 2017 Albion Park Show which is our 130th
Annual Agricultural Show.
The committee have been working very hard as usual
throughout the year to bring a great show together for your
enjoyment.
Last year we featured a much expanded undercover Animal
Nursery and this proved to be a major attraction for families.
The nursery is designed to showcase the animals which
contribute to our local farms and food in a friendly
atmosphere. The nursery will be even better this year and
special thanks must go to Glenn McParland for his efforts.
I would also like to recognise the sterling effort Paul Beynon
has put in preparing the cars for the Holden v Ford event.
They are almost too good to damage.
Sundays attractions are being increased and improved for a
family day out – so come along and enjoy the markets and
exhibits.
The Committee also wishes to extend our appreciation to
Shellharbour City Council and their employees who have
greatly assisted us in the presentation of the Show over the
years and hope this will continue into the future.
I would like to thank all our sponsors, committee and subcommittees, stewards and volunteers who help make this
show a great success, without them there would not be a
Show.
Welcome toThe Biggest Little Show on the Coast

The winner will compete at the Group 5 Final on Monday 13 March
2017 at Berry Showground at 10:00am. Group Final prizes: 1st

Garment: an article that can be worn eg dress, jacket, scarf,

2 The whole article and/or garment must be constructed of
and contain a minimum of 80% wool.
3 Exhibits (articles/garments) may be knitted, crocheted, sewn,

is permitted).
4 A sample of the yarn, fabric or fibre with label must be

representing the particular Society concerned.
