under this tariff may move, add, change or delete services until further notice.
Mpower Networks Services, Inc. U-6973-C also dba TelePacific Communications
concurs in Mpower Communications Corp.’s intrastate access rates set forth in
Section 6.

1. APPLICATION OF TARIFF
1.1
This tariff sets forth the service offerings, rates, terms and conditions applicable to the
furnishing of facilities-based Intraexchange and Interexchange telecommunications
services between customers within the State of California and outside this service
territory through interconnection with certificated interstate common carriers.
The rates, rules, terms and conditions herein apply for service provided throughout the
State of California, except for the Company’s offering of Local Exchange Services, which
are only furnished within the service territories of at&t and Verizon where
facilities and operating conditions permit the furnishing of such services. Service is
available to Business and Residence Customers.
The rates and rules contained herein are subject to change pursuant to the rules and
regulations of the Public Utilities Commission of the State of California.
