Thank you for submitting the hard copy of your misconduct reports, which have now been processed by the Discipline
Team.
You will hopefully be aware that the process for submitting cautions, red cards and misconduct is now changing. The
Whole Game System has been introduced by The FA, and is an user-friendly, online Portal which helps speed up the
submission process. There are several benefits to the Portal and we have also included a manual Guide to the Whole
Game System. There are guidance notes within the Guide that provide you with clear steps as for the processes you
need to go through.
With this in mind, we would very much appreciate if you would kindly consider having a look at the Whole Game
System, and begin to submit cautions, red cards and misconduct through the Portal. The link to find the Portal is as

Whilst we will currently still accept hard copies of the reports, we would very much appreciate if you would kindly
