The Miamisburg Spring Fling Festival is primarily a craft show. You must make your own merchandise
in order to preserve the Arts and Crafts show portion of the festival. The Festival Committee also
reserves a limited amount of booth space for Home -Based business resalable items, Commercial
Vendors and Community Service Booths. Please fill out the business information below and include a
website or photo of your business or crafted items. Any Falsification of information may result in loss of
space. The committee reserves the right to decline any application that they feel is unsuitable.

The purchase of ONE booth Space allows for 10ft X10ft. tent. The tent must be set up
2 ft. behind the sidewalk. (Due to trees and obstructions we must know the size of
