CLASS 1. Novice Individual Warm Up Class.

Table A7, all those clear in the first round will jump off against the clock over a shortened course.
Combinations taking part in Classes 3 or 4 are not eligible to enter this class.

Please note this class will only run if we have minimum of 10 competitors, entrants will be notified on Sunday the 29th of March
or sooner if we have adequate numbers to go ahead.

TEAM RULES

EACH ACADEMY SHOULD NOMINATE A POINT OF CONTACT/CHEF D’EQUIPE FOR THE PURPOSE OF THE TEAM EVENT.

OPEN TO REGISTERED AND UN-REGISTERED PONIES/HORSES AND RIDERS.

HORSES AND PONIES MAY ONLY COMPETE IN ONE TEAM.

SHOULD A SITUATION FOR SUBSTITUTION ARISE, AN INDIVIDUAL RIDER OR PONY/HORSE MAY BE SUBSTITUTED INTO
A TEAM AT THE DISCRETION OF THE ORGANISERS PRIOR TO THE START OF THE FIRST ROUND OF THE TEAM
COMPETITION. ONCE THE TEAM HAS JUMPED THE FIRST ROUND NO SUSTITUTIONS CAN BE MADE.

RIDERS MAY ONLY COMPETE IN ONE TEAM IN EACH HEIGHT CATEGORY AND COMPETE ON ONE HORSE OR PONY IN
EACH HEIGHT CATEGORY

ALL TEAMS CAN BE MIXED PONIES & HORSES, OR ALL HORSES, OR ALL PONIES AS THE TRACK WILL BE SINGLE FENCES
SO SUITABLE FOR BOTH.

THE TEAM COMPETITION WILL BE RUN IN THE NATIONS CUP STYLE WITH ALL NUMBER ONE RIDERS FROM EACH
TEAM COMPETING THEN ALL NUMBER TWO RIDERS FROM EACH TEAM COMPETING ETC.

TEAMS WILL JUMP TWO ROUNDS, THE SECOND ROUND MAY BE HIGHER.

THE BEST THREE SCORES IN EACH ROUND WILL COUNT TOWARDS A TEAM SCORE. 3 PONIES OR HORSES MUST JUMP
TO PRODUCE A SCORE.

THE TEAM SCORES FOR EACH ROUND WILL BE ADDED TOGETHER TO PRODUCE A RESULT.

IF THERE IS EQUALITY OF FAULTS AFTER THE SECOND ROUND, THEN EACH TEAM WILL NOMINATE JUST ONE
MEMBER FROM THEIR TEAM TO COMPETE OVER A RAISED JUMP OFF COURSE AGAINST THE CLOCK.

JUDGES DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BS RULES APPLY.

ALL CLASSES ARE PRE-ENTRY AND PREPAY.
