Password Policy
Guidelines for the use of PCC passwords
• Feel free to distribute the passwords to your faculty and staff
(email or otherwise).
• Please do not send the passwords to all of the students/
parents (email or otherwise).
• Please do not post passwords on a web page.
• If a parent or a student requests the password please provide
it to them.
• If a teacher is doing a lesson that uses one of the resources,
the passwords can be distributed to the entire class.
