Scholarship Opportunities - DASHP
• Dayton Area Society of Health-System Pharmacists (DASHP)
Scholarship – Deadline: February 1, 2017
– Award: one (1) $1,250 scholarship
– For non-graduating pharmacy students with an Ohio internship license
and interest in living in Dayton, Ohio
– Complete attached application and write 200-word essay

Student Leadership Award – Deadline: January 30, 2017
– Twelve (12) $2000 scholarships, award plaque, and ASHP drug
information reference library
– For full-time P2-P4 students enrolled in a professional Doctor of
Pharmacy program at an ACPE-accredited college of pharmacy; must
be an ASHP member; GPA at least 2.75
– Complete online application, 3 letters of recommendation, CV
