Our Aces Baseball Game Team Outing is soon approaching!
Let’s kick off the summer with a fun evening at the park!
WHEN: Monday, June 19
GAME TIME: 7:05 pm
PACKETS DUE: June 12-13 to team coordinator Diane Dale
Packets will be passed out to each group starting the week of May 29. Attached is the
voucher with information on the event and you can print out the voucher if you would
like to start selling right away.
-These are only vouchers and not tickets.
-Actual game tickets will be passed out in front of the Reno Aces Park under
our Reno Aquatic Club pop-up the evening of the game.
-Each ticket is $12 for each person who attends.
Our goal is to sell 200 tickets. The group that sells the most tickets will get a pizza party
after practice!
You can also earn incentives from Reno Aces such as a scoreboard announcement for
our team, future game tickets, Reno Aces gift-card for concessions, or a swimmer
selected to throw out the ceremonial first pitch! More information to be included in your
packet.
Thank you to Shandell Landon and Sheila Hohenstein for volunteering to staff the
welcome table on June 19!
If you are able to help collect packets June 12 and 13, please sign-up on the website to
count toward team volunteer service hours. Team packet collection will be at Idlewild
pool during practice for all groups.
