first served basis. There will be a limit of 164 teams entered into the tournament this year.
Registration will close after this capacity (164 teams) is reached. Teams will be put on the official
roster ONLY when the form and payment is received. No refunds will be given.

Oozeball ’17 Liability Waiver
Oozeball is an event that involves physical activity. As such, there are associated risks.
We require that each member of a team read, understand and sign the waiver.
I understand and accept that Oozeball exposes me to certain known and unknown
risks that could result in personal injury, illness, death or damage to me or my property. I
accept and assume all responsibility for the risks associated with Oozeball. I acknowledge
that my participation is voluntary and in spite of the associated risks. I recognize the risks
associated with Oozeball and remove from liability UNCW, the UNCW Student Ambassadors,
its officers, advisors and its members. I recognize that I have no right to file lawsuit against of
the aforementioned.
I grant to UNCW Student Ambassadors and UNCW the right to use and distribute any
photographs taken of me engaging in Oozeball activities for promotional purposes.
I have read, understand and agree to the aforementioned terms, and acknowledge the
risks of Oozeball and freely and willingly release liability.
