Official Rules
The Tulip Festival Photo Contest is open to all guests attending the 6th Annual Tulip Festival & Mother’s Day Celebration (May 8, 2016).
Entry must be the original work of the entrant and the entrant must be the sole owner of the copyright of such entry. Entries should reflect the
essence of Mother’s Day, springtime and the Tulip Festival held at Honor’s Haven Resort & Spa and must not be inappropriate or offensive, as
determined by the management of Honor’s Haven Resort & Spa. The entry cannot defame or invade publicity rights or privacy of any person or
otherwise infringe upon any person’s personal or property rights or any other third-party rights. Honor’s Haven Resort & SpProfessional
PhotographerAmateur Photographera reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entry it deems to be inappropriate or offensive, that
is not keeping with the Honor’s Haven Resort & Spa’s terms of these official rules. Entrant must have obtained express written consent to submit
any entry that contains persons other than entrant or third-party elements not owned by the entrant or Honor’s Haven Resort & Spa and if
requested to do so, produce such written consent from appropriate parties in a form and manner acceptable to Honor’s Haven Resort & Spa.
By submitting an entry, each entrant grants Honor’s Haven Resort & Spa exclusive rights to use, modify, crop and distribute the entry and
all elements of such entry, including, without limitation, entrant’s photograph and entrant’s name.
Honor’s Haven Resort & Spa is not responsible for lost, garbled, damaged, delayed or misdirected entries.
If for any reason the contest is not capable of running as planned, Honor’s Haven Resort & Spa reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel,
terminate, modify or suspend the contest. Honor’s Haven Resort & Spa may disqualify anyone from participating in the contest.
