TALENT AGREEMENT
Thank you for giving the (insert name of faculty/school as required) at
The University of Western Australia permission to film and/or take your
photograph.
Your image will be used in a variety of marketing materials for The University of Western
Australia (UWA) to showcase the university to prospective students and the wider community.
All images become the property of UWA and may be used in University print, electronic and
digital publications, as well as on official UWA websites, UWA social media platforms, and may
be passed on to 3rd Party media to use only in conjunction with articles and advertising which
directly promotes UWA and its students.
UWA may also authorise organisations affiliated with the University, including affiliate
Residential Colleges*, to use these images for promotional purposes. UWA also extends
permission to the University Photographer to promote their work and your image may appear
on the Photographer’s personal website at www.xxxxx
Please indicate your permission below for usages of your image.
I give permission for my image to be used for promotional and marketing purposes by
UWA in print, electronic and digital publications; on the UWA website, UWA social
media platforms; by 3rd Party media selected by UWA to promote UWA and its
students; for promotional purposes by organisations affiliated with UWA, including
Residential Colleges*; and for marketing purposes of the University Photographer on
their website.
