BEFORE STARTING
The Full Rate New Admission Application for First Year Students
is an online procedure structured as follows:
First log-in: from 24 May 3.00 p.m.
The chronological order of the completion of this 1st log-in will determine your position in the ranking!
Please have with you:
- username and password of the admission application
- a valid email address.
Second log-in: from 26 May 3.00 p.m. to 1 June 3.00 p.m.
Do the 2nd log-in and complete your application, by inserting the code you have received and the details required.
It is NOT necessary to do this on May 26th at 3.00 p.m: infact, the ranking will only consider the chronological order of
the 1 st log-in. However, it is necessary that you complete the application by and no later than June 1st, 3.00 p.m.
Incomplete applications will not be taken into consideration!

for a housing fee reduction even if you will

Attention!
Your housing application is not yet complete.
• Once completed the first log-in, you will receive an e-mail with a ticketing code;
• starting from May 26th at 3.00 p.m.*, you will need to do the SECOND LOG-IN
and to complete the application. In this second log-in, you will need to fill the
relevant fields with the ticketing code you’ve received and all the information
required;
• INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT!
* It is not necessary to do the 2nd log-in on May 26th at 3pm: infact, the ranking will only consider the chronological order of the 1 st log-in.

cannot be a Bocconi Residence Hall address.

admission application is
reserved to 1 st year students.

1st year of a course, please

MAV payment slips
for the 2017/2018 housing fees
STEP 12
The housing fee payment will be
done through the MAV forms,
sent in paper via regular mail.
If you are not an Italian citizen,
the MAV forms will be
automatically sent to your
Bocconi Residence Hall.

Autocertification

Here we ask you to self-certify
some data.
If you have a disability, you will
be required to specify it in this
section.
All students with a disability
equivalent to or greater than
66% will be given priority in the
housing assignments.

Room preference
STEP 14
In this section we ask you to rank the room types
according to your preference. Take your time and put
«1» for your favorite room type, and «15» for your
least preferred one.
Please note that this is only a preference expression,
not a room choice.
The system will take this into account in case of
housing assignment.
Each preference can be expressed only once.

In this last section you will
confirm your data.
We suggest you to review
your application once again
before submitting it.

At the end of the application
• You will receive an e-mail confirmation: your New Admission Full Rate
Housing Application for first year students has been submitted!
• The ranking will be published on HOUSINGDESK on June, 13 th, 2017.
In the ranking, you’ll be able to check your position, but you’ll need to
wait again in order to know if you will be assigned a room or not.
• Housing assignments will take place starting from June, 19 th, 2017.

In case of room assignment
You will receive a room reservation e-mail with indication of the
Residence Hall and room type you’ve been assigned.
You will be required to confirm your acceptance of the room by paying a
500 euros deposit within a 3 working days time.
