Who is this User Guide for?
This Registration Information Guide is for all Players who play in New Zealand Football
affiliated competitions.
We suggest that you read this Information Guide in its entirety before registering for the
2016 season.
What is the National Registration Form?
A NZ Football created registration form for the official registration of Players to Clubs during
the winter season.
How Will This Form Affect Me?
As a Player:
 You will be required by your Club to register yourself for the upcoming season
 In order to register to your Club as a PLAYER for the winter season, and in your
local competition, you must use the National Registration Form provided
Why has it changed?




Align and enhance the Player registration experience across the country
Register and pay securely online, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
Ability to process multiple family registrations
Ability to choose to receive direct communication from NZ Football, your local
Federation, and your Club

How can I access the form?

The form will either be available on your Club’s website, or provided to you by your
Club’s administrator
Using the Form



When opening the form, you will be required to select the number of people you
will be registering
Simply select the number of children (17 and under) that you are registering
After selecting the amount of people, you will need to select the type of registration
that best describes you:
o If you are a NEW PLAYER – never played/registered to this Club before – you
will need to select ‘I am registering to this Club for the first time’
o If you are a RETURNING PLAYER – have played/registered for this Club
before and are re-registering – you need to select either ‘I would like to
request my username and password’, or
‘I have played in this Club before and have my username and password’
o If you select ‘I would like to request my username and password’, your login
credentials will be sent to you via email, using the email address that you
would’ve provided the last time you registered (if the email address your
club has for you is incorrect you won’t be able to use this option). PLEASE
CHECK YOUR SPAM/JUNK FOLDER.
o Then go back to the registration form and select the ‘I have played in this
Club before and have my username and password’ option to commence
registration.

Note: If you’re registered for multiple programmes (Football, Futsal, FTC
etc), or you’ve registered more than one person using your email address,
you may receive multiple usernames and passwords (sorted by member
name). Please persevere and try each combination for the member (the first
combination listed is normally the most recent). For further assistance
please contact your Club or WaiBOP Football.





Progress through the form, ensuring that the legal first name, last name, and date of
birth are as per your Birth Certificate or Passport
o Failure to do this can have major implications on your eligibility for any
competitions your team may be involved in, and may result in your
suspension/exclusion from football competitions
Complete the form in full
At the bottom of the screen you will be able to select the Club registration payments
that are available to you
Confirm payment via the payment option
Congratulations, you are now officially registered as a Player for the new season!
