Competition Stream
1) Coaches have an opportunity to enter Competition Stream at different
entry points, but must have a sound understanding of content offered in
contexts preceeding the one they are entering determined by P/TSO.
2) Successful completion of Evaluation Components in each context will
provide that coach "Certified" Status for that context.
3) Effective January 1, 2014 Certified Coaches in the Competition
Stream will need to accumulate Professional development credits in order
to maintain their "Certified" Status. See Maintenance of Certification
Policy for details.
4) Coaches may go straight to evaluation, bypass training and challenge
the evaluation in the Competition Introduction and Competition
Development Contexts. Please note, coaches are strongly encouraged
to participate in the training as they will be better prepared for the
evaluation process.
