3 4 5 PLAY PROMOTION DETAILS:
3 4 5 Play is back to reward our loyal daily players. On June 6, 2017,
we’ll be giving away 100 $500 cash prizes. Players just need to submit
a combined total of $5-worth of any non-winning Pick 3, Pick 4 or
Cash 5 tickets purchased during the month of May for a chance to win
a $500 cash prize!
Players can enter online or by mail.
TO ENTER ONLINE:
Visit valottery.com and enter the serial number located on the
bottom of any non-winning ticket. Remind your players that there are
no entry forms or coupons needed to enter, just their tickets!
Your players must keep any tickets entered online for validation.
TO ENTER BY MAIL:
Complete all relevant sections on the back of each ticket and place
$5-worth of any non-winning Pick 3, Pick 4 or Cash 5 tickets in an
envelope (no larger than 4 ½” x 9 ½”). Players will only get one entry
per envelope submitted.
PROMOTION DATES:
5/1/17 – 5/31/17: Only Pick 3, Pick 4 or Cash 5 tickets purchased
from May 1 – 31, 2017 are eligible for entry.
ENTRY PERIOD:
5/1/17 – 6/5/17: All mail entries must be received by 6/5/17.
