Broadway Tribute Nights – £38 per Person
This Christmas, Chateau Impney will play host to some of the greatest UK tribute acts like nowhere else in the
Midlands. Dance your way through a back catalogue of hits from some of the biggest names in music and
enjoy a delicious three-course meal freshly prepared by our talented team of chefs.
Our Broadway Tribute Nights take place in the Broadway Suite from 7pm until midnight, with dinner
served at 8pm.
The Beatles

Relive the excitement of Beatlemania with Beatles
Live, one of the most authentic tributes to the
Fab Four in Europe. This amazing tribute act has
performed all over the world with a set that covers
the entire Beatles back catalogue, with impressive
costume changes and remarkable musicianship.
The Rat Pack Swinging Live is the UK’s longest
running tribute to the legendary Frank Sinatra, Dean
Martin and Sammy Davis Jnr. This hit show perfectly
captures the remarkable personalities of the Rat Pack
stars, featuring songs like Ain’t That a Kick in the
Head, My Way and Mr Bojangles.

You’ll ‘never forget’ A Night of Take That! Forged
from a group of experienced West End performers,
our Take That tribute captures the unique energy and
vocal talent of the chart-topping band. Performing
hits from across Take That’s incredible career, they’re
sure to relight your fire for dancing.
One of the UK’s most authentic and charismatic
Motown tribute bands, Motown Vogue are sure
to get the party started like nobody else. They’ll
be performing all classics from artists like Aretha
Franklin, Stevie Wonder, The Jackson 5 and many

Jersey Boys
Take a chance on the brilliant ABBA Live this
Christmas as they take you on an amazing journey
through ABBA’s greatest hits. Starring the original
‘Frida’ from West End show ABBA Mania, ABBA
Live will blow you away with their stunning tribute to
one of the greatest pop bands of all time.
An incredible tribute to Frankie Valli and the Four
Seasons, The Ragdolls faithfully recreate the iconic

New Year’s Eve Extravaganza
What better way to see in the New Year than with a night of revelry set against the breathtaking backdrop of
the grand Chateau and its picturesque grounds?
Join us in the resplendent Grand Ballroom, where you’ll be welcomed to our prestigious black tie event with a
glass of Champagne and canapés, before indulging in a lavish buffet prepared by our talented in-house chefs.
After dinner, music from our resident DJ will get the party well and truly underway, so dancing shoes are a
must! When the clock strikes midnight, toast the year ahead with your complimentary glass of Champagne,
admire the dressed haggis, and sing along to Auld Lang Syne, before continuing your celebrations until 1am.

Our New Year’s Eve Extravaganza is priced at £95 per person, and takes place from 7pm until 1am, with

All prices are inclusive of VAT. Christmas packages are not
available in conjunction with any other offers. Once paid, all
monies are non-transferable and non-refundable. In the event
of a cancellation, for any reason, no refund will be provided
by the hotel. We strongly recommend that you consider event
insurance to cover instances of inclement weather, family
emergencies or work-related emergencies that could prevent
you from attending.
Any behaviour deemed unsuitable will result in guests being
removed from the premises with no refunds. Any damage
caused to Chateau Impney property will be chargeable to
those responsible.

Christmas Party Nights
Not available to under 18s. A minimum booking of four
people required, with minimum capacities for the night
required for all events to go ahead. For all bookings for less
than 10 people, a ‘Captain’s Table’ system will be operated,
placing smaller parties together on tables with a capacity of
no more than 10 people.
A 100% non-refundable pre-payment is required at the time of
booking. Once numbers have been confirmed, they cannot be
decreased, and any non-arrivals will not be refunded. In the
event of a member of your party not arriving or cancelling in
advance, the fee paid for their place cannot be transferred or
used as credit against another hotel service. Christmas Party
Nights booked for January will receive a 20% discount on the
standard rate, subject to dates and availability.
For all Party Nights hosted in the Grand Ballroom, menu
choices must be placed by no later than Sunday 20
November using the interactive pre-order form on our website.
We reserve the right to change wine vintages without prior
notification. Where a wine is no longer available, we will
provide a suitable alternative without notification.
If a minimum number of 50 cannot be achieved for any one
Party Night, Chateau Impney Hotel will, in the first instance,
offer alternative dates if available. In the event that no suitable
alternative can be agreed upon, we will offer a refund of all
monies paid. This applies solely at Chateau Impney Hotel’s
discretion and only to dates cancelled by the hotel. The dress
code for our Party Nights is smart casual.
Christmas Party Nights accommodation

Dietary requirements
We require written notice of any special dietary requirements,
including vegetarian and vegan preferences and food
allergies, and this information should be included on your
pre-order form. In the case of events where a pre-order is not
required, we require written notice a minimum of seven days
prior to the date of your event. Any requests made after this
time cannot be guaranteed.
It is important to note that some of our dishes may contain
allergens, including gluten, nuts, milk, eggs, fish, shellfish,
soya, celery, mustard, sulphites, sesame and lupin, so please
advise us of any allergies at your earliest convenience.
Our Broadway Tribute Nights feature a set menu. Vegetarian
and specific other dietary requirements will be catered for and
must be submitted to the hotel no later than seven days prior to
the date of your event.
